Job Description
This role is based in the UK, and the right to work in the UK must be established as part of the recruitment process.
* Excellent pay rates: from £12.15 to £14.50 per hour, plus enhanced weekend and bank holiday rates.

Duties can include:
* Personal care - supporting our clients with the essentials such as bathing, showering, and dressing to promote independence.
* Companionship - ensuring a client enjoys regular and meaningful social interaction is an important part of your visit.
* Help with everyday tasks such as meal preparation and light housework.
* Accompanying to appointments or shopping - own reliable form of transportation and full driving licence are required.

Qualifications
We welcome Care Professionals who share our values, whether you have previous care experience or not. You will be provided with all the training you will need to be a confident and skilled Care Assistant at Home Instead's standard. We are committed to enriching lives through high-quality care and companionship, matching our Care Assistants with clients based on mutual interests and allowing time to care with minimum one-hour care visits.
What we are looking for:
* A great timekeeper who is also organised and reliable.
* Individuals who are compassionate, patient, and caring.
* People who never fail to treat clients with dignity and respect.
* An excellent listener with the ability to communicate properly and create connections with clients and their families in a pleasant and kind manner.
* A candidate with their UK driver's licence, due to commuting to and from individuals' homes.
* Working alternate weekends is required.
