Our client is a well-established small animal practice situated in a popular town in Merseyside. With excellent shopping areas, local restaurants, and bars, the town is a great place to live and work. There are excellent public transport routes and motorway links to the major cities of Manchester and Liverpool.
Our client is looking for a Lead Veterinary Surgeon with a minimum of 3 years' UK small animal practice experience to lead the team and contribute to the practice's development. The practice is modern and well-equipped with advanced technology including an In-house laboratory, ECG, X-ray, Ultrasound, Dentistry, and much more.
You will be joining a friendly and experienced team including 1 RVN, 1 PCA, and 1 CCA who are all dedicated to providing expert animal care.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of leadership, the importance of team culture, and a clear vision for building a team to deliver outstanding care to patients and first-class service to clients. You must be RCVS registered and able to demonstrate clinical leadership skills. Additionally, you should have experience delivering strong commercial performance through effective allocation of clinical activity and be experienced in working effectively as part of a team.

The Rota:
• Full time role - 39 hour week
• 4 day week
• Weekend rota 1:3 Saturdays or 1:6 Saturday and Sundays
