Block Manager – Developer - Key Duties:
* Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, building codes, and relevant legislation
* Develop and manage service charge budgets, monitor expenditure, invoicing to leaseholders and provide accurate financial reports to clients and stakeholders
* Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, leaseholders and suppliers, dealing with enquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional manner
* Manage the day-to-day operations of blocks, including maintenance, repairs, budgeting, and financial reporting
* Collaborate with other internal teams, accounts, legal etc to ensure smooth operations and efficient service
* LPE1’s & other notices
* Manage insurance renewals and claims
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and documentation related to block management activities.
* Keep up to date with changes in legislation and regulations and implement necessary changes to ensure compliance.
Block Manager – Developer – Person Profile:
* Previous experience in Residential Block Management
* AIRPM/MIRPM (ATPI/MTPI) qualification or on way to completing it
* Manual Drivers License essential
* Experience in budgeting, financial reporting, and financial management
* Strong knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations, including Landlord and Tenant Act, Health and Safety regulations, and Section 20 procedures
* Working knowledge of Blocks Online software desirable but working experience of property management software is essential
Block Manager - Developer – Salary Guide:
£40,000 - £45,000
Hours: 9am – 5:30 pm
