Location: Hybrid, FlexibleSalary: Circa £50,000 plus excellent benefitsHours: Full timeContract: PermanentAbout the roleWe have an exciting opportunity for a talented Salesforce Developer to join our team, reporting directly to the CRM and Business Intelligence Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for configuring and customising our Salesforce implementation across Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Experience Cloud modules. Your key tasks will include migrating all CRM-related activities from legacy systems and adding additional functionality to enhance our Salesforce environment.You will collaborate with our System Implementer/vendor to ensure business requirements are accurately understood and translated into development user stories and tasks. These tasks must be developed to a high standard, thoroughly tested, and deployed effectively. You will work closely with the core project team to integrate development tasks into Azure DevOps (ADO) for efficient tracking, supporting the seamless integration of Salesforce into our business operations.Following the project, you will continue to work alongside the CRM and Business Intelligence Manager, Salesforce Administrator, and Product Owner to drive continuous improvement and manage the ongoing backlog.
