If this sounds like you then you could be just who we are looking for As the UK’s first marketplace for business IT and services, Probrand is now in an exciting growth phase and is looking for bright, dynamic, and well-organised performers to join a growing Lead Generation team as part of the wider sales and marketing organisation. The role will focus on booking appointments via proactive cold calling to a pre-defined client base for our Account Managers. Your role will be to generate opportunities and deliver leads for our IT support, managed IT services and IT solutions business. The role provides training and commission on closed opportunities. This role is suitable for career minded individuals with a keen desire to progress who posses an entrepreneurial mindset. Key Responsibilities will include: Call current and prospect customers to book appointments and live demonstrations of Probrand offerings Undergo training to become an expert on Probrand services Perform live demonstrations over Microsoft Teams calls Achieve a minimum of 60 calls per day and 4 bookings per week Administrative duties such as: updating internal records, supporting customers via chat function, email and telephone Setting up clients on our platform for the full onboarding process. Skills The successful candidate will have: 1-2 years minimum Business Development/Telemarketing/Lead Generation experience Excellent written communication skills and strong telephone manner Computer literate Proven and demonstrable ability to maintain and build effective relationships Good attention to detail Mature attitude with a capability to discuss business issues Confident and selfmotivated Experience Candidates must have prior B2B lead generation experience, preferably within software or IT solution sales. You should be target and results driven, have the ability to converse confidently at decision maker level and have an excellent telephone manner.
