Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 + Bonus

The Role
As Registered Manager, you will:
Lead and support a well-established team to maintain and improve care standards.
Drive occupancy growth, with a focus on private-paying residents.
Implement modernized systems, working closely with compliance teams.
Maintain and enhance the home’s Good CQC rating.
Oversee the re-commissioning of a unit into a supported living service.
