The BA will work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document requirements, ensuring the successful delivery of projects and initiatives. This role demands a strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and the capability to translate complex ideas into actionable plans. Key Responsibilities: Requirement Gathering & Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, objectives, and challenges. Elicit, document, and validate functional and non-functional requirements using appropriate methodologies. Process Improvement: Analyse current processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies or areas for improvement. Propose and design optimised solutions to enhance business operations and outcomes. Documentation & Communication: Create clear and concise documentation, including business requirements documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and user stories. Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring mutual understanding. Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with stakeholders across various departments. Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to gather insights and present findings. Solution Delivery: Support project teams during solution development, testing, and deployment phases. Ensure delivered solutions meet agreed requirements and add value to the business. Qualifications & Skills: Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 2-5 years of experience in a Business Analyst role, preferably in a similar industry or domain. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with business analysis tools and methodologies (e.g., UML, BPMN, or Agile frameworks). Competence in tools like JIRA, Confluence, or other project management software. Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
