We never compromise on our commitment to fresh, seasonal produce and the fantastic people that make it all happen Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Team Management: Lead, train, and inspire a high-energy F&B team to deliver outstanding service for large-scale events, fostering a positive and motivated work environment. Actively engage with the team during events, ensuring smooth operations and quick problem-solving. Operational Excellence: Oversee F&B logistics for each event, from initial setup through to takedown, guaranteeing seamless execution. Collaborate closely with event coordinators to ensure client expectations are met and guest experiences are flawless. Maintain strict adherence to health, safety, and sanitation standards. What You Bring to the Role: Extensive Banqueting & Events Experience: Proven track record managing F&B operations for large-scale banquets, ideally within a high-volume or prestigious events venue. Strong Leadership Abilities: Hands-on experience leading and motivating teams, with a passion for creating an empowering and collaborative work environment. Exceptional Communication Skills: Ability to coordinate effectively with various teams and client stakeholders, ensuring a cohesive event delivery. Adaptability & Problem-Solving: Thrive under pressure in fast-paced settings, with a solution-oriented approach to unexpected challenges.
