Our team offers support to tackle home conditions, finance issues, welfare benefits, health issues, tenancy management, neighbour disputes and anti-social behaviour. You'll have a pivotal role in offering personalised support to people whose tenancy could otherwise be at risk. Opportunities to buy and sell annual leave Key Responsibilities: Key to the role will be the ability to provide support that promotes independence, empowers our customers to address barriers and working in partnership with other agencies to maximise the success for customers and the tenancy support service. Provide flexible, person centred 1-1 support and advice, enabling customers to reduce debt, be financially included, and sustain their tenancy. Support customers most at risk of losing their tenancy due to financial issues, tenancy management, safeguarding or anti-social behaviour. Provide advice and guidance to customers, including community safety, benefit and budgeting advice, and tenancy management. About You: As a Tenancy Support Co-ordinator, you'll use skills to engage customers, complete holistic support plans, and deliver support tailored to customers' needs and wishes. A good knowledge of welfare benefits. Experience of supporting customers to explore entitlement to benefits, carry out benefit calculations, and make claims. Skill and experience in delivering excellent customer service to all customers, understanding, and responding to the needs of vulnerable groups.
