P/A Secretary – Term Time - £27000
Own transport required due to the rural setting. Parking on site.
Our established clients are looking for a professional and confident PA/Secretary to join their existing team providing a wide mix of support to the school.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
Prepare and distribute meeting agendas and minutes.
Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
Documentation Management:
Maintain organised filing systems for documents and records.
Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other materials.
Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
Communication:
Facilitate effective communication within the team and across departments.
Assist in organising school events and activities.
General Office Management:
Ensure office supplies are stocked and maintained.
Coordinate maintenance and IT support as needed.
Qualifications:
Knowledge of working in an educational environment helpful not essential for someone with strong Adminitration and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
Familiarity with educational policies and procedures is a plus.
Competitive salary of £27000 neg according to skills plus benefits package.
Working term time - full time hours plus 6 weeks
