Job Title: 1st Line Service Desk Engineer
Location: Leeds, UK (On site)
Salary: £23,000 - £27,000 DOE + benefits
Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours, Covering 4 shift patterns 7am to 3.30pm, 8am to 4:30pm, 9:00am - 17:30pm and 9:30am to 6pm

1st Line Service Desk Engineer Responsibilities
* Serve as the first point of contact for IT support via email, phone, and ticketing systems.
* Resolve 1st line technical issues with a focus on first-time resolution.
* Accurately log and manage service desk tickets, escalating when necessary.
* Build and configure IT hardware, including Windows laptops, Macs, and mobile devices.
* Perform daily and weekly system checks to ensure operational efficiency.
* Provide occasional on-site support to customers as required.
* Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain strong communication throughout.
* Develop and maintain documentation for procedures and processes.
1st Line Service Desk Engineer Requirements
* Technical Skills:
o Experience with Windows 10/11 troubleshooting.
o Office 365 Administration (OneDrive, Teams, SharePoint, Exchange).
o Basic knowledge of networking, backup technologies (e.g., Veeam), and RMM tools.
o Active Directory Administration and Intune/MDM familiarity.
o General hardware/software troubleshooting and printer support.
* Personal Attributes:
