The Henry Royce Institute (Royce), an EPSRC-funded national institute, supports advanced materials research and innovation. The Royce Reception and Administration Assistant will provide a customer-orientated reception service to all staff, students and visitors and support the day-to-day running of the Royce Hub Building. You will provide administrative support, when required, to Royce operational activities and large on-site events and meetings. Royce is an evolving, dynamic organisation and you will therefore need to demonstrate flexibility and adaptability, working alongside the Hub team based at Manchester. You will have experience of working in a clerical/reception customer service environment, along with excellent organisational and time management skills. You will also need good communication skills and the ability to work with students, staff and external collaborators, giving a professional view of the Institute.
