Work with Pastoral Support Workers to facilitate implementation of such strategies with students aged 11-16. Implement appropriate behaviour in and out of class, ensuring order throughout school. Secondary school-based experience (Yr7-9): teaching, SEN and/or Behaviour capacity (essential). TeamTeach training or similar (highly desirable) Academic background in Social Work, Psychology, Education desirable Safeguarding certification and/or experience with Yr7-9 desirable Resilience to challenging behaviour on a daily basis. Strong time-management and organisation essential.
