The Physiotherapy Service has permanent Physiotherapist positions available on its comprehensive rotational scheme in adult and paediatric services for experienced staff who are available to start ASAP ( This is not an advert for physio students who will qualify in 2025). There is a comprehensive induction, training and development programme across all rotations. As a large tertiary specialist centre you will have opportunities to work across many highly specialist areas in addition to your core rotations. If successful at interview you will have an option to choose which rotational scheme you want to be part offer. You may be required to work your normal contracted hours flexibly, in a variety of different working patterns, in response to the needs of the service. Following a period of induction you will be work as part of the respiratory on call and weekend duties. We have long established links with both Cardiff University, for undergrad and post- grad Physiotherapy education, including the provision of student placements. Community services form an integral part of this varied rotational scheme. The post holder must be able to travel, in a timely manner to undertake duties of the post at various locations. The successful candidate on the paediatric scheme will work alongside other members of the physiotherapy service and the wider multi-disciplinary teams providing services at the Noah's Ark Children’s Hospital for Wales (NACHfW), Llandough Children's Centre and St David's Children's Centre and in the Additional Learning Needs Services in schools in Cardiff and the Vale. Dependent on rotation, the post holder may be required to have a flexible approach to work to fulfil service needs. The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
