The Purpose of This Role Network TDA's are an integral part of MLL's business as elite skilled technical experts who turn customer strategies into a reality. As the key technical authority and contact for customers during delivery, the Network TDA makes a fundamental difference to the customer experience of MLL. The TDA turns a High Level Design (HLD) which has been designed by an MLL Solutions Architect and turns this into a Low Level Design (LLD) for implementation alongside MLL engineering teams. The TDA will ensure that all elements of the design are covered and documents as well as providing delivery support to overcome any issues that are encountered during rollout. This includes production of configuration templates (both overlay and core), build data and provide hands on support as required. Network TDA's also provide occasional 4th Line Support in the event of any complex issues that cannot be handled by MLL support teams alone. Responsibilities Lead post-sale technical workshops to refine customer requirements. Work through customer specifications and develop solutions in line with project delivery requirements. Take ownership for technical delivery. Produce Low Level D esign documentation Carry out Network Project implementation tasks Work closely with all departments to ensure project and service delivery meet customer expectations. Post implementation subject matter expert, providing ongoing customer advice and expertise. Work closely with other TDA’s Essential Technical Expertise Fortinet NSE 7 / FCE level ability CCNP certification or equivalent Extensive SD-WAN network design, migration and i mplementation experience (we are looking for people with a track record of delivering quality real world solutions and experience of overcoming challenges) Desirable Technical Expertise CCIE Certification or equivalent Wireless network design and implementation expertise Palo Alto design, build and migration experience Juniper design, build and migration experience Authentication and NAC design, build and migration experience We want everyone at MLL to 'Bring their best self to work' and we do this by asking you to live our value behaviors.
