The Role:
Up for a challenge? Great, lets tell you about the role! Your sole responsibility is to ensure the trains are meeting the correct levels of cleanliness within a 15 minute time frame, this is known as turnaround cleaning with the train arriving at the station, customers will leave the train whilst you enter to perform a walk through of the train to remove rubbish & litter, sanitise key touch points such as tables, arm rests, grab poles & luggage racks and ensure the toilets are in suitable condition for the next departure. Working with a fellow member of staff, you can expect to board 4+ trains per hour (5 – 10 carriages per train) with regular customer interaction.

The working week shall see you work 5 days out of 7, across a Monday – Sunday roster pattern: typically, being.
Week 1) 7am – 14:00pm / Tuesday - Saturday
Week 2) 14:00pm – 22:00pm / Wednesday – Sunday
This is a 35-hour working week, you will be required to work alternative days outside of your roster – flexibility is key!
Rate of Pay:
Standard Hours worked, 35 hour per week – £13.15 p/h
Overtime, hours worked over 35 per week (hour 36+) – £13.68 p/h
