MARKETING EXECUTIVE

The Job Role
Based within the creative team but working across all departments, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that enhances brand awareness, drives consumer engagement, and delivers robust business growth to meet business targets. This role requires someone with innovative thinking, strategic planning, and hands-on execution across all marketing channels, both online and offline.
This role aims to strengthen and support the Estate brand identity in line with our strategic marketing plan and company goals.
Key Responsibilities
* Ensure all marketing efforts serve to achieve immediate and long-term business goals, identifying and executing improvements for processes, content and lead generation.
* Prepare marketing activity reports and metrics for measuring programme success.
* Provide market research, forecasts, competitive analysis, campaign results and consumer trends to spot opportunities to develop successful campaigns.
* Support the Creative Director in evaluating and establishing the marketing strategy by assembling and analysing sales forecasts, setting objectives, planning and organising promotional presentations and updating calendars.
* Maintain a directory and inventory of sales support materials, ensuring all resources are current and accurate, coordinating the creation of new materials as needed.
* Continually seek and research new sources of prospective customer data, providing recommendations to sales and marketing leadership.
* Create engaging content for our website, eMarketing and our social media platforms and build our following.
* Work with the team to coordinate day-to-day activities that lead to the completion of projects and tasks to meet deadlines.
* Apply creative skills, written, visual and practical, to strengthen the company brand across all marketing channels.
* Be hands-on when needed to assist with on-site and off-site events.
* Work closely with colleagues to ensure a positive experience for all our visitors.

* Able to demonstrate expert marketing campaign skills.
* Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
* Able to work on own initiative.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong attention to detail with an eye for design and art direction.
* Expert technical skills; able to use a wide range of software and an awareness of emerging technologies.
* Creative thinking with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
* Energetic, resourceful and self-motivated.
* Have a curious mind.
