The Role:
Coleraine FC is seeking a General Manager to lead the club’s day-to-day operations, ensuring professional management, long-term sustainability, and structured growth across all departments.
With the club undergoing significant transformation, this role is crucial in professionalising operations. The General Manager will work closely with the Executive Chairman, providing operational leadership.

The successful candidate must meet the following Essential Criteria:
* Minimum of 2 years' demonstrable ability to lead and manage teams effectively, demonstrating strong leadership qualities in any sector, with a focus on operational excellence and team cohesion.
* Experience in developing and implementing strategic plans, with the ability to adapt strategies in a dynamic environment.
* Strong financial acumen, including experience in budgeting, cost control, and financial planning.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to a range of stakeholders, including board members, staff, sponsors, and fans.
* Strong relationship-building skills, working effectively with internal teams, external partners, governing bodies, and key stakeholders.
* Experience in policy development, implementation, and monitoring, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
* Ability to work under pressure, manage competing priorities, and adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment.
* Problem-solving mindset, with the ability to make informed decisions quickly.
* Hands-on approach to daily operations, ensuring the club runs efficiently and professionally.
* Experience in sports administration, business management, or a similar field where transferable skills apply.
* Understanding of commercial revenue generation, including sponsorship, ticketing, hospitality, and fan engagement.
* Knowledge of governance and compliance within football or other regulated industries.
* Familiarity with the football industry, particularly the Irish League.
* Experience managing infrastructure or facility projects, ensuring the smooth running of a sports venue.
