Position: Health & Safety Manager
Salary: £65,000 - £70,000
Location: Wales (UK travel)

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Health & Safety professional to work for a construction company. This position will be working across multiple projects and the ideal candidate will have a construction or civil engineering background previously and be keen to join a business they can develop their career with and be a vocal point for health & safety for the business.
The Role:
1. Work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to develop and deliver the health & safety strategy
2. Build relationships with key stakeholders within the organisation
3. Monitor and review health & safety trends within the division to identify areas of improvement
4. Develop and improve Health & Safety culture across the organisation
5. Liaise with site teams and build strong relationships
6. Manage 3rd party relationships
7. Support on incident and accident investigation when required and lessons learnt
The Candidate:
1. 5 years + experience working in Health & Safety
2. Previous experience working in a managerial position and have been responsible for development and growth would be beneficial
3. Experience in the construction or civil engineering sector
