Key Responsibilities:
* Implementation and maintenance of the organisation's management systems
* Focal resource for certification and regulatory body approval, auditing, and inspections
* Reporting on the performance of the management system to the Group Compliance Manager
* Generate management system audits and findings
* Continuous improvements and lessons learned
* Perform risk assessment activities that are required by the business
* Identify compliance requirements and ensure they are met throughout the business
* Generate business management system performance metrics output reports (KPIs)
Job Requirements:
* Experience in compliance management, with a focus on design assurance
* Strong auditing skills
* Understanding of CAA Design standards and interfacing with customers such as Airbus and Boeing
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Ability to produce detailed reports and risk assessments
* Proficiency in implementing and maintaining management systems
