Your new role
You will be joining a professional, well-established, and friendly team who work towards common goals and objectives. Your duties will be varied, and no two days will be the same. Duties will include:
1. Managing customer orders
2. Supporting with order amendments and returns
3. Supporting with pricing and delivery details
4. Liaising with third party couriers and suppliers
The successful candidate will work in close partnership with multi-level internal stakeholders to ensure customers are receiving a first-class customer service journey.
What you'll need to succeed
An organised approach with excellent time management skills, previous experience in a similar customer service role, preferably for a manufacturing/engineering organisation, a high level of experience using CRM systems, and the ability to learn new systems efficiently. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to use your own initiative, but also know when to escalate issues to the senior management team. A very good level of English spelling and grammar. Experience working towards tight deadlines, with accuracy and attention to detail.
