The Area Sales Manager will be critical in identifying new business opportunities for our Cedral Facades product line. You will grow sales within your designated region through working with a combination of existing distributors and installers while developing relationships with new ones.
What you’ll do:
* Drive network growth of key decision makers and specifiers including architects, local authorities, housing associations, housebuilders, distributors, stockists and contractors.
* Drive results by planning and carrying out proactive activities to maintain and develop profitable sales.
* Accurate and efficient opportunity management and development recording using the company CRM system.
* Attend relevant exhibitions, conferences, and other functions.
* Collaboration with partner colleagues within the Etex business and regular liaison with other company departments including customer services, technical and marketing.
What you’ll bring:
* Experience within the construction industry in a field-based role.
* A proven history of personal sales account growth whilst contributing to overall team success is essential.
* A track record of efficient and profitable account management.
* Confident interpersonal and presentation skills.
* Proficient use of Microsoft packages and CRM systems.
