Evidence of an OT qualification, plus completion of neurosciences rotation or post graduate clinical experience within this setting is essential for shortlisting. The post holder will rotate yearly within the clinical fields of acute stroke, stroke rehabilitation, neuro-surgery and neuro rehabilitation. This service provision is across the sites of Leeds General Infirmary and Chapel Allerton Hospital. The team is committed to providing evidence based interventions and rehabilitation within these clinical settings, in which occupational therapy has a high profile. The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment towards developing specialist clinical skills in neurological assessment and rehabilitation, and who are assertive, flexible and committed to patient centred care.
