The BDA will be responsible for proactively driving sales of BioIVT’s normal human and animal (NHA) and inventory products.This role requires strong inside sales experience and the ability to engage with customers through multiple channels, leveraging sales enablement tools and CRM platforms to build relationships and drive revenue growth. The successful candidate will possess a customer-centric mindset and a keen understanding of the life sciences industry. Responsibilities: Proactively reach out to prospective customers via phone, email, and other communication channels to generate leads and initiate sales conversations. Use sales enablement tools for prospecting. Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from a variety of channels, providing accurate product information, pricing, and technical support as needed. Engage directly with existing customers to increase customer engagement. Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling additional products or services. Prepare and send quotes for standard products, liaise with internal departments for quotes for non-standard products. Utilize Salesforce CRM or similar tools to track customer interactions, manage leads, and forecast sales pipeline activity. Conduct virtual presentations to educate customers on the features, benefits, and applications of BioIVT's products and services. Report to the Senior Director of Commercial Excellence all relevant information relating to field activities, including customer feedback, competitive actions, etc. Responsible for achieving regional sales targets on a quarterly basis in accordance with the annual corporate sales plan. Develop and maintain a business plan to forecast and achieve sales goals. Possible travel up to 10% to attend trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to network with potential customers and promote BioIVT's brand and offerings. Minimum Requirements/Qualifications: Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex scientific concepts in a clear and compelling manner. 2 years of sales experience, preferably within a related industry. Experience with products and services in the drug development industry is a plus. Must possess a strong desire to serve the customer, and the interpersonal skills to efficiently engage with various levels of personnel at the customer site. Strong analytical skills and ability to draw conclusions and observations from market trends and sales data analysis.
