1. Prepare and deliver monthly weekly and monthly financial reports, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets
2. Oversee the budgeting and forecasting process, providing in-depth financial analysis
3. Monitor income streams and expenditures, implementing cost-control measures to enhance profitability
4. Conduct in-depth reviews of departmental and overhead expenses to identify opportunities for increasing profitability
