We currently have an opportunity for an experienced and ambitious Customer Service Coordinator to join our team. Working as part of an enthusiastic and dynamic sales team you will be primarily responsible for processing of customer orders accurately and in line with company procedures as well as reception and front desk duties. Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome visitors, customers, hauliers and other stakeholders when they arrive at the office. Direct visitors to the appropriate person/location, and communicate PPE rules where necessary. Answer and transfer incoming calls. Receive and sort post/deliveries. Provide cover and assistance with packing & shipment of sample orders. Provide cover and assistance with weekly ordering of office canteen supplies. Process customer orders accurately using the NAV computer system in line with company procedures. Check emails to ensure orders are processed quickly and efficiently to meet daily targets. Check customer orders to ensure all customer requirements are met. Update customer details on NAV computer system. Assist with finance queries regarding customer orders. Effectively communicate and liaise with internal and external customers regarding queries on any orders. Update the sales order process manual to highlight any changes that may occur. Maintain files, update records and provide quick accurate information when required. Assist with sales & marketing administration where required. Ensure good relations and communications with all members of the team, providing excellent customer care in an efficient manner. Establish, develop and maintain effective working relationships with all work colleagues to ensure a one team approach to the delivery of the companys performance standards and the business objectives. Undertake any other duties within reason and capability, and act as an ambassador for our company values, behaviours and adhere to all company procedures.
