About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Advisor to join our team at Wolseley UK Limited. As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Complete various warehouse duties, including picking and packing orders, handling deliveries, and maintaining high standards of merchandising throughout the branch.
* Answer customer inquiries via phone and email with a proactive and positive attitude, building strong relationships and ensuring exceptional service.
* Serve customers on the sales counter, understanding their needs and offering recommendations for suitable products.
Requirements
* Enthusiasm and a willingness to work collaboratively within a supportive team environment.
* Excellent communication and confidence to engage with customers.
* Previous experience in sales or customer service is advantageous but not essential. A readiness to learn and develop into the role is a priority.
* Demonstrate initiative and flexibility to handle a diverse range of tasks effectively.

This is a permanent full-time role, working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with Saturday mornings on a rota basis.
