We are currently recruiting for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a private Quantity Surveying Consultancy based in Poole. Our client has been established for over 40 years and possess a proven track record of success, having progressed from modest beginnings to multi-million pound projects throughout the UK, and now require another member of staff to come on board and support the existing team.
The QS will be working in a variety of fields, not just one sector, and so there will be a degree of travel required. Sectors vary from marine work with the RNLI through to working with local commercial clients, such as Breweries.

Quantity Surveyor Position Requirements
8. RICS Accredited Degree
9. Member of the RICS
10. Experience across the whole discipline of Quantity Surveying
11. Extensive experience of completing Quantity Take-offs
12. Familiar with the PQS environment
13. Strong IT, communication and numerate skills
14. Keen to develop and grow with the company
15. Based local to Poole but willing to travel to sites as required
16. Full driving license
Quantity Surveyor Position Remuneration
17. Competitive salary £40k - £65k, DOE
18. Pension
19. 21 days holiday - Increasing on service + Bank holidays
