This means your daily/weekly tasks will vary depending on the department you are spending time in. Your key responsibilities will be: Developing, implementing, maintaining, and improving administration services with a focus on adding value. Throughout this apprenticeship, you will engage with different parts of the organisation, interacting with both internal and external customers to contribute to the efficiency of the organisation through the support of functional areas. The training you will be getting Throughout the course of your apprenticeship, you will be studying towards a Level 3 NVQ qualification in Business Administration. This qualification will allow you to have a better understanding of the organisation, stakeholders, relevant regulation and policies, business fundamentals, processes and external environmental factors. You will also gain skills such as IT, record and document production, decision making, interpersonal skills, communication, quality, planning and organisation, and project management. You will develop key behaviours such as professionalism, personal qualities, managing performance, adaptability, and responsibility. Your training towards this qualification will consist of one tutorial per month either in person within our workplace or remotely via an online meeting during working hours.
