This is a full-time role requiring at least 35 hours per week. What We Offer Our Senior Care Assistants: Access to high-quality training and ongoing professional development Premium hourly rates at £13.30 p/h and additional mileage pay at 35p p/m Contracted hours guaranteeing 70 hours every two weeks Career progression opportunities An employer that values and appreciates your work A role offering daily variety and job satisfaction Recognition and rewards for hard work The opportunity to be part of a supportive team £300.00 joining bonus for experienced Care Assistants with their own vehicle – terms apply £200.00 refer a friend bonus scheme – terms apply Duties Include: Delivering high-quality care and support to Clients Maintaining clear, timely records and alerting the Registered Manager to any concerns Reporting changes in care requirements and training needs Mentoring and supporting new Care Assistants Conducting daily quality checks in the field Maintaining strong communication with the care delivery team Gathering and sharing best practice Participating in regular team meetings Conducting competency checks on new care assistants Adhering to company policies and procedures in line with CQC requirements Requirements of a Senior Care Assistant: Minimum two years’ experience in health and social care Level 2 RQF or equivalent in Health and Social Care Experience promoting wellbeing through positive attitude Demonstrated passion for delivering excellent care Good organisational and leadership skills Full driving licence and own vehicle Availability for early mornings or evenings Commitment to one early evening shift per week Commitment to one weekend day per week or every other full weekend Right at Home provides high-quality care and support, offering full training and support for candidates from all sectors and experience levels.
