The team The mission of the iwoca People Operations team is to develop and implement strategies that enable iwoca to attract, develop and retain the best talent. The role In this 6 month fixed term contract you will be responsible for leading recruitment efforts for Team Germany (roles based in Frankfurt, Berlin and London) as well as supporting other iwoca teams with their recruitment needs. Day to day you will: Work with our hiring teams to understand their recruitment needs and iron out the most effective and inclusive interview processes Develop tailored strategies for hiring across different roles and levels. Some typical hiring needs are Credit Analysts, Account Managers and Collections Specialists. All of these roles usually require German language skills. Develop compelling role profiles and utilise diverse sourcing channels to attract and build a strong candidate pipeline. Manage every step of the recruitment process to ensure a great candidate experience. Develop salary recommendations with the hiring manager and negotiate effectively to bring new hires on board Champion iwoca's employer brand and employee value proposition to potential candidates We are looking for candidates with:- Experience hiring in the German market and strong communication skills in both German (C1/C2 level) and English Strong interpersonal and communication skills – able to manage stakeholders from across the business, and shepherd candidates through the recruitment process in a way that is efficient, friendly, trusting and respectful Hunger to find the best possible talent – you are ambitious, driven, hard-working and uncompromising Ability to improvements in our processes and willingness to “test and learn” from new methods when it comes to sourcing candidates Excellent organisation skills – you are able to stay on top of the recruitment process for each candidate, meeting our SLAs. Excellent negotiation skills. You're able to tailor your approach to each candidate, understanding their motivations and needs. Previous experience hiring within the financial services industry would be desirable. The salary We expect to pay from £40,000 - £60,000 for this role. But, we’re open-minded, so definitely include your salary goals with your application. We routinely benchmark salaries against market rates, and run quarterly performance and salary reviews.
