About the Role: As a Technical Sales Engineer, you will join our client’s dynamic sales team and create high-quality offers as well as manage relationships with clients worldwide. You’ll work on cost estimates, collaborate on innovative product designs, and ensure every project meets the highest standards. Responsibilities: Produce high quality technical and commercial offers. Coordinate domestic and international customer relationships as part of the sales team. Produce robust cost estimates using proprietary programs and spreadsheets. Maintain accurate records of design and pricing changes and revisions. Obtain quotations for materials and subcontracted equipment from external suppliers. Assist in seeking out new market opportunities. Collaborate with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to produce thermal / process designs for tendering purposes, ensuring they meet performance, quality, and regulatory requirements. Training for use of relevant thermal design programs will be provided by the company. Communicate with clients and interface with internal stakeholders. Stay updated with market and industry trends, emerging markets and applications. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field, alternatively an HNC/ONC or equivalent or above qualification in a related field (Level 4). 2 years of technical sales experience. Knowledge of mechanical design principles, thermodynamics, and heat transfer. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint…) Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
