Partnership Assistant
London HQ: Shoreditch, Spitalfields
Mostly office based, 1 remote working day weekly.
As the part of the newly formed Partnership Teams you’ll be an assistant to the Head of Partnerships, playing a vital role in supporting the leadership in managing and expanding the organisation's partnerships and collaborations. You will be responsible for providing administrative, organisational, and project management support to ensure the success of partnership initiatives. This role requires exceptional communication, coordination, and multitasking skills.

What you’ll be doing
Administrative Support:
* Prepare introducer agreements, organise documents, reports, and presentations.
* Monitor and respond to emails and correspondence on behalf of the Head of Partnerships via our mailbox
Project Coordination:
* Assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of partnership projects and initiatives.
* Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
* Maintain project documentation and update project status reports.
Communication and Relationship Management:
* Act as a liaison between the Head of Partnerships and internal/external stakeholders.
* Draft and edit correspondence, emails, and partnership agreements.
* Prepare briefing materials and presentations for meetings with partners.
Data Management:
* Maintain and update partnership databases, contacts, and records.
* Assist in tracking partnership metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Research and Analysis:
* Conduct market research to identify potential partners, trends, and opportunities.
* Assist in analysing partnership data and trends to support decision-making.
Event Coordination:
* Assist in the planning and execution of partnership-related events, conferences, and trade shows.
* Coordinate logistics, invitations, and materials for events.
Budget and Expense Management:
* Assist in tracking partnership-related commissions, expenses and ensure they align with the budget.
Compliance and Documentation:
* Ensure partnership agreements, contracts, and legal documents are properly documented and archived.
About you, you have
* Proven experience in an administrative or assistant role, preferably in a partnerships or business development setting.
* Strong organisational and project management skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Familiarity with PowerBI systems and project management tools is a plus.
* Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.
* Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
* Adaptability and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* A proactive and collaborative attitude.
