This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Domiciliary Registered Manager with a passion for caring to join our Coventry North and Bedworthoffice. As our Registered Care Manager, you will be responsible for the growth and development of our care service ensuring the delivery of outstanding quality care.
This is a varied and challenging role so we are looking for an individual who:
1. has a proven track record in providing the highest quality of service.
2. a very good understanding of CQC regulations and standards.
3. is experienced in leading a team to provide quality, domiciliary care services.
4. has Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care or equivalent.
5. has the ability to build fantastic working relationships.
6. has strong influencing skills and is commercially aware.
7. has the drive and motivation to develop our care services.
8. has strong organisational, communication and planning skills.
9. is flexible to meet the demands of the business.
10. Driver and access to own vehicle

Qualifications
11. Extensive care experience with a proven track record in providing consistent excellent customer service.
12. Proven experience in leading, training, recruiting and managing a team to provide high quality domiciliary care services.
13. Good working knowledge of IT Systems with experience of Microsoft Office or Google Suite, working with databases and virtual communication platforms with the ability to learn and adopt new technologies where appropriate.
14. Have or be willing to work towards Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People's Services or equivalent.
15. Excellent knowledge and understanding of compliance and legislative requirements of the care regulations.
16. Strong skills in conducting care assessment and care planning.
17. Good understanding of systems and processes.
18. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
19. Ability to inspire others and build fantastic working relationships.
20. Strong organisation and planning skills.
21. Drive and motivation to take on a broad role and develop care services.
22. Passionate about providing the highest quality of care.
23. Commercially aware and have strong influencing and negotiating skills.
24. Demonstrate achievement of business growth targets.
25. Ability to work well and accurately under pressure.
26. Be responsive, agile and remain calm whilst dealing with multiple priorities.
27. Be flexible to meet demands of the business including participating in an on-call rota.
