This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Support Secretary to join our gynaecology team at UHD.
The post holder must be IT literate and ideally familiar with hospital computer systems including eCamis, EPR, and Soliton. Audio Typing skills are essential.
Required qualities include: efficient, a capable communicator, have audio typing experience, be a team player, organised, have the ability to prioritise own workload, maintain discretion and be able to work in a busy environment.
Base - Poole Hospital

• To produce letters from clinics through the provision of audiotyping, general departmentaladministrationand word processing.
• Urogynaecology clinic bookings
• Coordination of results and booking of urgent patients
• To cover consultant’s PA desks in their absences
• Toanswerpatient’squeries via phone andemail
