We are looking for an expert Principal/Regional Project Planner to join our Expanded team on work-winning.

As a Principal Project Planner, you will develop a Programme Strategy for clients and apply your knowledge of processes and techniques essential for strategic planning and project success.
Taking pride in delivering challenging and ever-changing schemes for clients is our ultimate goal.
What will the role look like?
1. Ensuring all programmes comply with project requirements and developing logical sequences of events to adopt the most economical construction strategy.
2. Carrying out pre-contract planning and work-winning processes to produce bid programmes and related time information for tender bids.
3. Analyzing performance, advising the project team on impacts, and recommending improvements.
4. Contributing to the risks, opportunities, and commercial implications of tender bids.
5. Presenting time-related material effectively using various techniques and methods, ensuring high-quality submissions and presentations.
6. Producing processes and systems to manage contracts for complex projects.
7. Performing forensic analysis of programme data and building effective client relationships.
8. Applying knowledge of different contract types to align control measures with contract risks and optimize commercial opportunities.
9. Developing and implementing advanced project management techniques for use on complex projects.
What skills & experience are we looking for?
* Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
* CIOB Membership.
* Proficiency in Modelling, 4D planning, Asta, or P6, preferably both at a high standard.
* Experience with major projects.
* Ability to analyze and utilize data for reporting and forecasting.
* Skills in prioritizing tasks and assessing accuracy requirements.
* Lateral thinking to identify trends and issues in production data.
Leadership Skills
* Leading the planning function on a project.
* Resource management, recruitment, development, coaching, and mentoring.
* Driving business improvements and development agendas.
* Maintaining programme and related materials.
* Ensuring high quality and accuracy of work.
