Peopleforce are recruiting for a Customer Service Associate to join a global healthcare business at their site in Maidenhead. You will become part of a customer service team who are committed to helping make a difference within patients’ lives. You will play a crucial part in providing the best quality service you can to those who need it, resolving customer queries and helping them with all aspects of the product. The company provides a thorough 3 month training program, overseen by the team trainer, to ensure that you are well equipped to excel in this role. Responsibilities Respond to and resolve enquiries from patients and customers Handle daily tasks assigned by the lead coordinator Deliver exceptional customer service to patients and healthcare professionals Utilize the internal CRM system to process orders and record all communication with patients and healthcare professionals Maintain regular communication with internal and external stakeholders via phone and email Provide troubleshooting support for products Conduct stock checks and coordinate patient deliveries through phone and email Requirements IT literate – happy and able to use 2 monitors as will have to be placing orders and updating the system whilst on the phone Able to drive or reach site easily Experience in customer service preferred but not essential Professional telephone manner Hours/Pay £13 per hour The Customer Service team work shifts between 08:00-20:00. Most shifts are 08:00-16:30 and 09:00-17:30 however you will be required to complete some later shifts, falling over either 10:00-18:30 or 11:30-20:00. This will be for 1 whole week every 2 months. You will also be requirement to work 1 Saturday per month 09:00-13:00 which will be paid as additional as overtime at a rate of x1.75.
