Are you highly organised and a whizz at multi-tasking under pressure? My client has an exciting opportunity for a new Sales Administrator to join its sales and customer services team. Job duties for the Sales Administrator include: Processing sales and purchase orders Liaising with sales, warehouse and technical teams Arranging shipping quotes for UK, Europe and Worldwide Producing delivery notes and invoices Process returns for customers/suppliers. Provide customer service support to clients and suppliers Skills and experience required for Sales Administrator include: 5 years of experience working within an accounting environment Ideally be qualified to AAT level 3 Good knowledge of double entry bookkeeping and management accounting Ability to commute to the office in Heathfield on a daily basis Company benefits: Standard holiday (2 days to be taken during Xmas close down), Private medical insurance after probation.
