This role involves providing engaging daily supply cover, including planning and marking, to ensure stability and continuity for students. Support students with diverse needs, including Special Educational Needs (SEN), English as an Additional Language (EAL), more-able learners, and those eligible for the Pupil Premium Grant. Collaborate with experienced leaders and mentors to foster professional growth and ensure effective teaching practises.
