Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Interaction: Manage inbound calls and emails, providing estimates and lead times to ensure high customer service standards.
2. Efficient Call Management: Answer all calls within SLA, aiming for first call resolution.
3. Service Order Management: Track service orders from logging to completion, updating technician schedules and linking repairs to purchase orders.
4. Proactive Communication: Keep customers informed on service order status and spare part delivery.
5. Customer Ownership: Provide a dedicated point of contact for service orders.
6. Scheduling: Proactively schedule planned service orders for timely completion.
What You Need to Succeed
1. Solid experience in customer service
2. Competent with MS Office especially Outlook and Excel
3. Good verbal and written communication skills
