£35,000 - £38,000 OTE £45,000 + Overtime + Van + Company Bonus + Benefits + Training + Local Patch

Are you a Field Service Engineer with experience working on pumps or water-related machinery/equipment, looking to work for a reputable and close-knit business offering ongoing training and development and progression to senior positions within 2 years?
In this role, you will be covering a local patch, servicing and maintaining wastewater systems, including tanks, pumps, and drainage. Industry-specific training will be provided through on-the-job shadowing and internal courses, leading to promotion to a Senior Engineer. You will be paid door to door and will very occasionally be called out in an emergency.
This growing company provides wastewater solutions for domestic and commercial clients in Gloucester, from design and installation to servicing and maintenance. They proudly boast a close-knit, family-feel team and are looking to continue their organic growth for years to come.
This role would suit a Field Service Engineer from a pump or water-related industry background looking for a long-term role offering a clear progression path for a company they would be proud to represent.
The Role:
1. Service, maintenance, and commissioning of water systems
2. Working with electrical and mechanical equipment including pumps, motors, and tanks
3. 80% Domestic work
4. Monday to Friday, 7am - 4pm
