Graphic Designer Telford – (1 day work from home hybrid available) Permanent £26,000 - £32,000 per annum Monday to Friday – 8.45am – 4.45pm This is an excellent opportunity to join an already success and rapidly expanding business based in Telford. Working in a really exciting sector where there is so much freedom for creativity, they are looking for an experienced Graphic Designer to join the team on a permanent basis. Working as part of a large marketing team, you will be the sole Graphic Designer for the organisation, there will always be plenty to work on. As they have a huge product portfolio that is always expanding and changing, you will always have something exciting to work on. Duties include but are not limited to: Working as part of a wider creative marketing team to create high quality, on brand creative solutions for our product lines. Using your knowledge of current design trends and best practices to deliver impactful, on-brand materials. Take ownership of assigned briefs to produce creative, innovative graphics and digital assets for campaigns, product launches, and other initiatives. Conceptualise and execute ideas for digital distribution, including website banners, social media graphics, email templates, and advertisements. Create and adapt artwork for print and production, including packaging, merchandise, and promotional materials. Uphold consistency in design and quality across all touchpoints while adhering to brand guidelines. Monitor market trends and competitors to inspire innovative design solutions that resonate with our target audience. Set up files for print and production, incorporate feedback, and refine designs to deliver the best results. Skills and Experience Minimum of 3 years as a Graphic Designer, ideally in a fast-paced industry, like ecommerce. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and a strong understanding of design fundamentals (layout, typography, and colour theory). Demonstrated experience setting up artwork for print and production, as well as designing for digital platforms. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines while maintaining quality. A strong creative flair, with the ability to conceptualise and execute fresh ideas while ensuring precision in your work. Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with experience working cross functionally across design, brand, and development teams. Comfortable balancing shifting priorities and working in a fast-paced environment.
