Office Administrator Job Vacancy: Office Administrator Location: Derry/L'Derry Job Type: Full -Time Permanent Hours: 37 .5 per week Salary: £23,000 - £24,000 per annum We are currently recruiting for an Office Administrator to join our Team at our Derry/L'Derry Branch. The successful applicant will support our Training Division with administrative and secretarial duties. They will be our Front of House and therefore will require a high level of customer service and professionalism; as well as impeccable administrative and IT skills. Duties of the role will include; Answering and directing incoming calls and greeting, directing, and assisting visitors and students Deal with incoming email and communications Manage the general day to day tasks in relation to the operations of the office Conduct administration tasks Ordering, stocking, and distributing office supplies Planning and scheduling meetings and appointments Providing direct administrative support to the Branch Manager Devise and maintain office systems, including data management and filing Essential Criteria: GCSE/Level 2 Maths and English 1 year experience in an administrative role Strong IT skills Excellent communication skills Excellent organisation skills Full Driving License and Access to Transport ABOUT US: Rutledge Training is one of the leading private training providers in NI; with a branch network of 17 locations.
