Art and Photography Technician/Cover Supervisor
Permanent, 37 hours per week, Term Time Only (39 weeks)

Actual Term Time Salary £22,258- £24,512
We are seeking to appoint an exceptional individual to the role of Art and Photography Technician/Cover Supervisor to provide effective and efficient technical assistance to teaching staff and students within the Art and Photography department. The successful candidate will support lessons and extra-curricular activities, maintain and manage levels and storage of equipment and resources, and provide technical support to staff and students. The ideal candidate will have art based training and / or qualifications, knowledge of the field of art and design along with a good understanding of presenting and displaying artwork, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Previous experience of working in a school is desirable.
* Managing, organising and ordering Art stock and equipment
* Creating and maintaining ART display boards
* Videography / photography; for moderation and events
* Washing paint pots etc, maintaining equipment
* Support and develop extra-curricular provision
* Covering of lessons within the Art/Photography department as required
