We are excited to announce an opportunity with a leading regional main contractor based on the South Coast. Due to continued growth and the securing of multiple high-value projects, our client is actively seeking an experienced Manager to join their dynamic team.
About the Company: This well-established contractor specialises in delivering projects across the education, commercial, leisure, and industrial sectors. With typical project values ranging from £1 million to £13 million, the company boasts strong relationships with repeat clients and framework agreements.

Role Responsibilities:
5. Project Leadership: Manage the project from start to finish, overseeing all construction activities, budget management, scheduling, and quality control.
6. Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and regulatory authorities to meet and exceed project objectives.
7. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring the safety of personnel and adherence to project timelines and budgets.
8. Team Management: Lead and motivate a multidisciplinary team, fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence, and safety on the construction site.
Requirements:
9. Proven experience managing commercial, industrial, or education or leisure projects.
10. Strong leadership and communication skills to keep teams motivated.
11. Effective problem-solving skills.
12. Commitment to quality and safety standards.
13. Relevant certifications and qualifications (CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid, etc.).
