An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Software Support Technician to join a growing events team, working on dynamic projects both in the UK and internationally. The Role:
As a Software Support Technician, you will be responsible for configuring and managing proprietary software to build and personalise event environments for clients. Working both remotely and on-site, you’ll ensure seamless access control and provide technical support throughout the project. You will also manage project workflows using Jira, keeping records of task progress and completion. This is a varied role, combining technical software expertise with client management, as you represent the company in delivering outstanding service on a global scale.
* Experience with React.JS and responsive HTML & CSS.
* Strong communication and customer service skills.
* Experience working in a customer-focused environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
* Flexibility to travel and work away from home, both in the UK and internationally.
* Experience using Jira (or similar) to manage workflows and task progress.
* Previous experience in live event environments or backstage roles would be amazing.
