A Real Estate firm in Oxford is looking to add a Senior/Associate Building Surveyor to their team.
The commercial specialists are looking for a confident professional to join the building consultancy division. The successful Senior/Associate Building Surveyor will work across the Oxford, Reading and Maidenhead areas. You will provide a range of building surveying services across the professional and project disciplines.
The opportunity is to work in collaboration with several departments managing a prestigious client portfolio. You will lead programmes from inception to completion and liaise with important stakeholders. Typical work ranges from survey schemes, maintenance and refurbishment projects and neighbourly matter advice.
This is a great opportunity for an ambitious Building Surveyor who is either looking the step up into either a Senior or Associate level position. You will be offered a transparent career development programme which encourages promotion through to full Directorship.

Technical due diligence surveys
Contract administration

Planned maintenance programmes

Senior/Associate Building Surveyor
BSc in Building Surveying
MRICS qualified
Strong technical knowledge
Client facing
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Full UK driver’s licence
