About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Technical Sales Manager to join our dynamic team at Anstar Ltd.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs, addressing inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key responsibilities include:
* Supporting the company in its strategy to develop within the European market
* Pro-actively searching for new customers in the European market
* Staying ahead of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities
* Assisting with tracking sales performance, analysing key metrics, and preparing regular reports on sales activities and revenue forecasts
* Representing the company professionally at industry events, trade shows, and conferences
Essential requirements for the role:
* 3-5+ years of experience in B2B sales/ technical sales/ raw materials sales with strong business acumen
* A strong background in Chemistry and technical proficiency in this area
* An understanding of UV-curable technology and some of the raw materials and downstream industries
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, high interpersonal competence, and negotiation abilities
* Proficiency in working with technology and Microsoft software
