We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager to join our Starbucks team in York. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading and developing your team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
* Managing and developing a team of baristas and shift managers to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
* Overseeing daily store operations, including cash handling, stock management, and visual merchandising
* Implementing company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and maintain high standards of quality and safety
* Collaborating with other departments to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
You Will Be Expected To Have:
* Previous experience in a management role, preferably in the retail or hospitality industry
* Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
* Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences
* Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
