The role comprises a range of tasks. These include creating documents and dealing with routine Patient Experience queries, inputting data into Trust systems and external platforms including NHS England and Care Opinion. Therefore, excellent knowledge of Microsoft packages, particularly excel and working with digital platforms would be an advantage.
